We are Fort Bragg Leisure Time RV Park, a small RV park in Fort Bragg, CA.
We are looking for someone who is hard-working, self-motivated, versatile, and dependable. Must be computer savvy and willing to learn the park reservation system. Able to clean bathrooms, bathhouse, laundry room, and other miscellaneous work around the park
JOB SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of management, this position is responsible for performing office work and various custodial duties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to cleaning and maintaining buildings and facilities. In addition, this position aims to help maintain the campground and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for campground guests, visitors, and community residents. You must be good with people.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work is typically performed while sitting, standing, walking, or stooping. There could be sitting for prolonged periods, using hands to count money, and visual acuity to count money. The employee must occasionally lift light and heavy objects, use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity, and be able to distinguish between shades or colors.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work is performed indoors and outdoors and may include inclement weather. The employee is exposed to dust, dirt, grease, and irritating chemicals. The work may occasionally require the use of protective devices such as masks, goggles, or gloves.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations at a level commonly associated with high school or equivalent completion.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internet
- Knowledge of POS software and facility rental/reservation software is strongly preferred but not required.
- Pleasant phone voice, excellent phone skills, professional appearance, and demeanor required.
- Interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy.
- Previous experience cleaning homes or other large facilities preferred, but not required.
