Fort De Soto Hospitality operates a variety of concessions and rentals in the park, located in Pinellas County. We're looking for energetic team members that will play a vital role in providing guests an enjoyable experience while visiting the park. From kayak and bike rentals, snacks, beach supplies and souvenirs, we are the premium park vendor. The beachy atmosphere promotes a fun and ideal workspace immersed in the natural beauty of the park and surrounding waters.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring bicycles are in optimal working condition by performing regular inspections, repairs, and adjustments.
- Capable of “hands on repairs”
- Perform detailed inspections of bicycles to identify mechanical, electrical, or safety issues.
- Check for wear and tear on parts such as brakes, tires, chains, and gears.
- Conduct safety checks before and after repairs.
- Be available to assist guests with bike and beach rentals
Position Requirements:
- Demonstrate basic skill in the use of tools, materials and equipment common to maintenance and repair
- Understand and effectively follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally
Education:
- Experience: 1 year of general maintenance and or bike maintenance preferred
- State or National Park experience preferred
