Position: Spa Technician (Temporary On-Call for (3) months 5/1/25 – 7/31/25)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Services: Deliver a variety of nail treatments, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a positive and professional approach with guests, making them feel special and valued.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about spa products and services to make recommendations to guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and a harmonious work environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and career growth.
- Promote the Spa: Represent Cedar Spa at events such as tradeshows, hiring events, craft fairs, and bridal shows.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience as a nail technician or cosmetologist specializing in nail treatments.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational abilities, and a strong work ethic.
- Certifications: Must be licensed by the state of Idaho as a nail technician or cosmetologist.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work part-time hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
- Personality: A motivated self-starter with exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Regularly required to use hands, reach, and communicate effectively with guests.
Work Environment:
- Primarily indoor work in a spa setting with exposure to various products and treatments.
- Frequent interaction with guests and team members in a serene and relaxing environment.
