What You'll Do:

• Maintain Cleanliness: Scrape, wash, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and flatware to ensure our kitchen runs smoothly.
• Keep It Tidy: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, bars, and service stations by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
• Support the Team: Assist your fellow kitchen staff with various tasks and help create a positive restaurant culture.
• Prioritize Safety: Follow all safety and security policies to keep our workplace safe and secure.
• Stay Organized: Assist with inventory, receive and store food shipments, and keep banquet items ready for events.

What We're Looking For:

• Hard Worker: Someone who can handle a fast-paced environment and stay focused.
• Flexible Schedule: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and sanitation.
• Great Communicator: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• No Experience Needed: Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to the kitchen, we welcome all applicants!

Education and Experience:

• Entry Level (G4/S1-3 DOE): No high school diploma or GED required; no experience needed.
• Experienced Level (G5/S1-3 DOE): High school diploma or GED required; six months or less work experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role.
