What You'll Do:
- Maintain Exterior Grounds: Keep our hotel grounds pristine by mowing, trimming, and removing bulk trash.
- Daily Inspections: Conduct daily inspections to ensure the grounds are clean and well-maintained.
- Parking Lot Cleanliness: Keep the parking lot tidy by collecting trash and performing general cleanup.
- Weather Preparedness: Monitor facility entrances during adverse weather and spread salt and sand to prevent ice buildup.
- General Maintenance: Perform manual labor associated with building services, including using high-pressure sprayers and fixing sprinklers.
- Report Issues: Identify and report any problems to your supervisor immediately.
