Location: Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel, Fort Hall, Idaho

Job Summary: Join our hospitality team as a Front Desk Night Auditor at the Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel! We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to oversee our front desk operations during the night shift. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service.
• Process and reconcile daily financial transactions, including room charges and payments.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports and audit summaries.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Monitor and respond to emergency situations, ensuring guest safety and security.
• Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

Grade G6:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of experience in reservations/front desk operations.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous data entry and multi-line telephone experience preferred.
