What You'll Do:

• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness of guestrooms and public areas of the facility.
• Replace Amenities: Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms.
• Change Linens: Replace dirty linens with clean items, make beds, and fold terry.
• Clean Bathrooms: Clean bathrooms, remove trash, dust, vacuum, and report any out-of-service items to the Facilities department.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of proprietary and guest information; protect company assets and guest privacy.
• Report Issues: Report any maintenance problems or safety issues to appropriate departments.
• Manage Linen Supply: Maintain a constant supply of clean linen for the hotel.
• Professional Communication: Speak with others using clear and professional language.
• Follow Policies: Comply with quality assurance and safety expectations and standards.
• Assist Guests: Be familiar with hotel amenities, restaurants, and hotel policy to assist guests with requests for information.
• Efficient Cleaning: Make beds, clean bathrooms, and complete turnover of rooms within a reasonable amount of time.
• Stock Supplies: Maintain stock level of clean linen and housekeeping supplies.
• Linen Processing: Perform all stages of linen processing, including collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading and unloading (washers and dryers, and chutes), ironing, folding, storing, and delivering.
• Additional Duties: Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors and/or Leads.
• General Cleaning: Clean, sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, polish walls, clean floors and fixtures within the facility.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED: Required.
• Experience: Experience preferred but not mandatory in a similar capacity position.
• Preferred Skills: High School diploma or GED required; three years of housekeeping experience and certifications in use of hazardous chemicals, safety, or other housekeeping duties preferred.

Education and/or Experience:

• Entry Level (G4): High School diploma or GED and experience preferred but not mandatory in a similar capacity position.
• Experienced Level (G4/S1-3): High School diploma or GED required; three years of housekeeping experience and certifications in use of hazardous chemicals, safety, or other housekeeping duties.

Certificates, License, and Registrations:

• Supporting Documents: Must submit supporting documents of education and training (High School Diploma, GED, Degree, and Certificates).

Physical Demands:

• Communication: Ability to talk and hear regularly.
• Mobility: Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Standing and Walking: Frequently required to stand and walk.
• Lifting: Frequently required to lift up to 50 lb., and occasionally required to lift up to 75 lb.
• Vision: Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

• Public Environment: Public work environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, tobacco smoke, and airborne particles.
• Noise Level: Moderate to loud noise level, increasing to loud on the casino floor.
