Beverage Cart Attendant

Job Overview:

As a Beverage Cart Attendant , you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience for our golf course patrons by providing excellent customer service and delivering refreshing beverages directly to golfers on the course. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with people, and contributing to a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Beverage and Snack Service:

• Drive the beverage cart throughout the golf course, offering a variety of beverages to golfers.
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of orders, taking into consideration golfer preferences and special requests.

Customer Service:

• Greet golfers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere on the course.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with menu choices, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels on the beverage cart to ensure an adequate supply of products throughout the shift.
• Communicate with the clubhouse staff to restock inventory as needed.

Cash Handling:

• Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide change as necessary.
• Maintain an organized and secure cash register on the beverage cart.

Cleanliness and Presentation:

• Keep the beverage cart clean, organized, and stocked with fresh products.
• Ensure that all equipment, including the beverage cart and serving area, is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and course layout is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must 18 years or older to sell cereal malt beverages

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
