If so, we should talk! Abound Credit Union is looking for a highly creative copywriter to fill the position of Content Creator. This individual will focus on developing written / verbal content strategies across all communication platforms creating increased earned media opportunities.

What You’ll Do :

• Content Strategy - Works with the Communications Manager to continually develop content strategies that strengthen earned, owned and paid media. Independently manages workflows surrounding content management distribution and the placement of highly personalized content material, ensuring success through the entire channel engagement process.
• Public Relations - Further develops / deepens the credit union’s “earned” media strategies strengthening social sharing, reviews and online reputation. Correlates with the credit union’s PR consultant and Financial Education Professional to ensure information directed to members and communities, both written and verbal, is delivered and understood in an effective, efficient and timely fashion and is consistent with the credit union’s brand voice.
• Brand Stewardship - Works with the creative team to develop engaging, on-trend, copy and content that centers on brand identity and promotes department and organization goals.
• Connecting to Community - Remains a visible and positive presence in the local community. Supports marketing department and its team members, as needed, in coordinating / participating in community initiatives, community fundraisers and booth management to promote Abound’s products, services and values.
• Marketing Utilization - Utilizes content management system, online reputation management system, marketing automation system and social media tools regularly in the creation and development of content.
