Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated property management to oversee the operations of our storage facility. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong supervisory skills.

Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the storage facility
- Supervise staff and provide guidance as needed
- Implement sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements
- Experience in sales management and retail management is preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage pricing strategies effectively
- Proficiency in math for inventory management
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager is a plus

Pay: $14.50 - $18.00 per hour
