What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time School Bus Driver position at Fort Leavenworth Unified School?
Position : Full-Time School Bus Driver
Qualifications :
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must hold a valid state-issued CDL-Class B Drivers' License with Endorsements P and S or reasonable assurance they will hold a CDL-Class B Drivers' License with Endorsements P and S by the start of the current school year.
- Must be able to pass and maintain a DOT Physical
- Must be able to pass a DOT Drug screen and will be subject to random DOT drug testing
- Complete and pass an American Red Cross First Aid / CPR course.
- Pass pre-employment alcohol / drug screening test.
- Will be subject to random drug / alcohol testing programs.
Reports To : Director of Transportation and Maintenance
FLSA Status : Non-Exempt
Essential Functions :
Terms of Employment : Salary and work schedule to be determined by the Board.
Evaluation : Performance will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the Board's policy and Classified Handbook.
