Position Summary
This position is for experienced managers who are ready to work with FLR to grow a management account that is local to their neighborhood. A manager's average account size is 70-100 properties (mostly SFR). Due to this small size we, and our clients, expect A work.
It is paramount that you are able to evolve to our company procedures and methods so that you are bringing a professional and consistent experience.
We are an ever evolving company and so we require people who are comfortable with and even enjoy that.
Each manager meets with FLR's prospective clients along with our lead Conversion team. Therefore, great personal presentation skills are a must because we believe in having a real relationship with our clients and tenants.
There is a training period of a couple weeks and then you are mentored heavily for about 6 months while you grow an account with our lead converters.
Work Remotely:
Office hours are not required, but bi-monthly meetings are encouraged to attend. That stated, property managers must meet clients, lease properties (we use Rently boxes to reduce visits), inspect, perform emergency visits, etc.
Schedule
It is remote so there is no exact clock in/out time. There is an ebb and flow in management. You will work more in the beginning as you grow your account.
Specific Duties – Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Leasing/Marketing the property to FLR Spec.
- Background/verification checks
- Uploading new management accounts
- Entering, processing, and recording vendor invoices/payments.
- Processing tenant work requests and vendor service call assistance.
- Numerous other property management and real estate related items.
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Real estate License
- Computer Proficient
- Real estate experience a big plus
Pay:
You are paid a percentage of what you manage but we pay an upfront amount to keep you moving. In about a year most people make about $65,000. Second year around $85,000. Third year some choose to keep growing and around in the early $100ks.
When on commission additional profit centers include:
- Leasing fees
- Management Fees
- Getting Good Reviews
- Sales referral fees on properties added and managed while on commission.
Vacation Time
- Unlimited vacation time so long as you're getting your work done. Most managers take off 4-6 weeks a year.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
