QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Iowa Teaching License
• Secondary Math Endorsement preferred
• Successfulpriorteachingexperiencefortheappropriategradelevelspreferredbut not required
• Must be an innovative, passionate, and energetic individual

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Plan a program of study that meets the needs,interests,and abilities of students
• Works collaboratively with content area teams within a professional learning community
• Works collaboratively with team members to coordinate intervention and extension activities

• Creates a climate that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students
• Employs methods and materials that are appropriate for meeting stated objectives
• Assess the accomplishments of students on a regular basis and provide progress reports
• Attend staff meetings and serve on committees as required
• Develop and maintain an effective level of communication with appropriate personnel
• Strives to maintain and improve professional competence
• Full-time position, beginning with the 2025-2026 school year
