POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Under the guidance and supervision of the Bingo Supervisor this position will provide exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the Casino Resort We-Ko-Pa Way Service Standards: Smile and Greet, Name and Meet, Thank you and Goodbye.
Responsible for accurately selling Bingo products, redeeming cash, and processing credit card transactions to customers. The Bingo Floor Clerk is responsible for assisting players during bingo games, ensuring smooth game operations, verifying winning cards, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role plays a vital part in creating an engaging and enjoyable experience for bingo patrons.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

- Assist in distributing bingo cards, tickets, and daubers to players.
- Explain game rules, promotions, and payouts to guests.
- Respond promptly to player inquiries and requests during games.
- Build rapport with patrons to enhance their gaming experience.
- Act as the first point of contact for player concerns or issues and escalate as needed.
- Walk the floor during games to assist players and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Verify winning cards promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with house rules.
- Announce verified wins to the caller or supervisor when required.
- Ensure bingo equipment and supplies are stocked and in good condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bingo area.
- Report any suspicious activities or violations of gaming regulations to the supervisor.
- Work closely with bingo callers, cashiers, and other floor staff to ensure seamless game execution.
- Participate in setup and teardown of bingo events as required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 in some jurisdictions).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Obtain and maintain any required gaming licenses or certifications.
- Fast-paced and interactive atmosphere with frequent public interaction.
- Exposure to loud noises and, in some locations.
- Regular movement around the bingo hall, including assisting players at their tables.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year of cashier experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
INDIAN PREFERENCE:
Preference will be given to qualified applicants who are members of federally recognized Indian tribes. To be considered for Indian Preference, you must submit your Certification of Indian Blood (CIB) with your application.
