POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Under the Supervision and Guidance of the Bino Supervisor this position will provide exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the Casino Resort We-Ko-Pa Way Service Standards: Smile and Greet, Name and Meet, Thank you and Goodbye.
Responsible for accurately selling Bingo products, redeeming cash, and processing credit card transactions to customers. The Bingo Cashier is responsible for handling monetary transactions, selling bingo cards and related products, balancing the cash drawer, and providing excellent customer service to bingo players. The role ensures the accuracy and security of financial transactions while adhering to casino and regulatory policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

- Responsible for accurately paying jackpots, ensuring all jackpot paperwork is processed and signed for as required. Processes tax forms, verifies social security numbers and processes the jackpot checks.
- Must fully understand and be able to explain the various types of products (i.e., paper packs, power Bingo packs, video Bingo packs, big, etc.) available for purchase.
- Must be able to work in an environment where concentration is necessary to perform the required job duties.
- Must be able to work and multitask in an intense and fast-paced environment and maintain the utmost accuracy in the processing of paperwork and payments of cash or cash equivalence.
- Must be knowledgeable in all areas of Bingo games, session schedules, rules, and regulations.
- Must have excellent communication and strong organizational skills and a high degree of concentration.
- Responsible for exchanging cash for Bingo products as specified by policy and procedure guidelines.
- Responsible for issuing sales receipts to customers upon the completion of each state.
- solely responsible and accountable for cash funds at the assigned window during their shift, and all balancing paperwork including all non-bankable paperwork including end-of-shift balance sheets, money orders, credit card transaction receipts, and Bingo products.
- Must process transactions accurately and expeditiously and maintain window variances to an absolute minimum.
- Must always maintain a high level of customer service.
- May be required to fulfill the duties of a Bingo Floor Clerk or a Bingo Collation Clerk when business dictates.
- Must perform various other job-related duties as assigned by management.
- Must be able to prioritize the various job duties that will need to be done at the same time.
- Proficient with computers and operation of a 10-key calculator and basic mathematics.
- Must have general knowledge of Casino to answer general inquiries.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds and push or pull 100 pounds.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a State/Tribal License (including extensive background check)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year of cashier experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Preference will be given to qualified applicants who are members of federally recognized Indian tribes. To be considered for Indian Preference, you must submit your Certification of Indian Blood (CIB) with your ap
