HOURS PER WEEK: 40
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for the effective operation of the table games area by supervising dealers and ensuring asset protection and game integrity. Ensures that table games are in regulatory compliance with the Tribal Gaming Office, State Gaming Authority, and Internal Controls while demonstrating the We-Ko-Pa Way at all times.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Provides exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the Casino Resort We-Ko-Pa Way

• Accountable to all standards outlined in the We-Ko-Pa Way Casino Resort service guide.
• Observe games for possible irregularities with guest/dealer conduct.
• Ensures Blackjack SOPs are being adhered to by all team members.
• Responsible for opening/closing games and tracking dealer rotations.
• Inform the Manager of any deviation from standard dealing procedures.
• Must have an in-depth knowledge (acquired within six months) and thorough understanding of Policies and Procedures, and government regulations, relevant to their responsibilities, such as the following:
• Arizona State Gaming Compact Appendices F(2) and H
• U.S. Treasury Bank Secrecy Act (with regards to title 31 and suspicious activity reports pertaining to casino activity)
• Ensures the integrity of all games.
• Directly supervises multiple dealers
• Must possess knowledge of basic math for counting the sum of cards, chips, and currency dealt to and received from each guest.
• Have thorough knowledge of the basic strategy of blackjack. With some understanding of card counting.
• Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness and is available to be scheduled for all shifts and all days. Must be available to work during special events and holidays.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds and push or pull 100.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:
• Sitting, balancing, bending, standing, stooping, twisting, and walking for 67-100% of the workday.
• Eye/Hand coordination and wrist motion for 67-100% of the workday.
• Reach for 34-66% of the workday.
• While working on the casino floor, the employee is exposed to high levels of noise daily.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent and three-year dealing experience and or one year of supervisor experience preferred.
