POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position reports to Fortune Club Manager. Upholds a high level of customer service by projecting a friendly, pleasant atmosphere for customers. Performs various job duties relating to soliciting and processing customer applications, producing membership cards, and maintaining the club database. Responsible for promoting and advising customers of upcoming club promotions and casino calendar activities.

- Upholds a high level of customer service by projecting a friendly, pleasant atmosphere for customers.
- Performs various job duties relating to soliciting and processing customer applications, producing membership cards, and maintaining the club database.
- Must fully understand and explain in detail the terms and conditions of the players’ club to all members.
- Responsible for promoting and advising customers of upcoming club promotions and casino calendar activities.
- Must be knowledgeable in all areas of club activities including games, session schedules, rules, regulations, and club and casino functions.
- Must be able to operate telephone systems, computers, and various other office equipment.
- Encodes and embosses membership cards.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to relay information clearly and concisely: and present ideas, facts, and technical knowledge effectively.
- Prepares and distributes various reports on a daily basis.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and supervisory personnel.
- Ability to perform the job effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment.

- Available to work varied hours/days, including holidays and weekends.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to stand, lift, bend, lift in excess of 50 pounds, and push or pull 100 pounds.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
A minimum of one year’s customer service experience is required.
Casino experiences are a plus.
