POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Casino Busser II plays a crucial role in ensuring a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment for casino patrons. This position is responsible for clearing tables, cleaning dining areas, and assisting servers and bartenders with various tasks to provide excellent customer service and enhance the guest experience.

Will be responsible for executing specialty cocktails for the restaurant and bar daily
- Promptly clear and clean tables, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Reset tables according to the casino’s standards with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and other necessary items.
- Ensure the dining area is clean and free of debris, including floors and chairs.
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests promptly.
- Provide support to servers and bartenders by delivering food and beverages to guests as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the casino, including dining areas, restrooms, and service stations.
- Report any maintenance or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Ensure that service stations are stocked with necessary items such as napkins, condiments, and silverware.
- Assist in inventory management by notifying supervisors when supplies are low.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
One year as a busser or runner in a casino setting is preferred.
Casino experience is strongly preferred.
Must be able to execute high-end service daily.
Strong communication skills and passion for hospitality.
Self-motivated with attention to detail.
4-Diamond resort or casino experience preferred.

Preference will be given to qualified applicants who are members of federally recognized Indian tribes. To be considered for Indian Preference, you must submit your Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) with your application.
