Fort Mill Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to lead our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote safe patient care practices
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for enhancement
Qualifications:
- A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside
- 3 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, with demonstrated leadership skills
- Certifications such as BLS, PALS, ACLS, and CPI
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
