Qualifications :
- High school diploma required.
- Prior experience with working with Power School, analyzing data, or strong background working with technology.
- Working knowledge of basic office procedures and the operation of common office equipment and machines.
- Professional office experience and love for children.
- Ability to take instructions and work well with others.
- Passion for working with the public.
- Experience with analyzing data, working with technology and fine attention to detail.
Reports to : Superintendent, Principal, Director or Supervisor
Job Goal : To provide a well-organized, smoothly functioning office. To provide assistance to staff and public when needed.
Performance Responsibilities :
Terms of Employment : 200 day contract. Salary and work year established by the Board of Trustees. Compensated according to FMSD S3 Salary Schedule. Salary placement commensurate with education and experience.
Evaluation : Performance on this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the board's policy on evaluation of non- certified personnel
