Qualifications :
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency with technology, typing and dictation.
- Working knowledge of basic office procedures and the operation of common office equipment and machines.
- Pleasant and customer-focused demeanor.
- Ability to take instructions and work well with others.
- Ability to assist the public with tact and enthusiasm.
- Experience with Office Professionals Programs including Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to learn different computer programs.
- A genuine passion for working with children and educators.
Reports to : Principal
Job Goal :
To respond quickly to inquiries from staff, the public, etc. to provide requested information and / or referral to other parties as requested by the principal, and providing general clerical support as needed for principal.
Performance Responsibilities :
Terms of Employment :
220-day contract. FMSD (S4) Salary Schedule. 7 hours per day. Non-exempt.
Evaluation : Performance on this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the board's policy on evaluation of non-certified personnel.
