Job Title: Smoothie Bar Team Department: Wellness Center

Driving Classification: Valid Driver’s License
Summary:
Provide customer service to customers by receiving and coordinating customer orders in an efficient manner. To
perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The
requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets customers in a courteous manner as they enter the juice bar/deli.
- Answers telephone, take phone orders and answers customer inquiries as needed.
- Applies knowledge of the store’s products and prices to assist with customers.
- Write up order accurately, prepares and service services food requests promptly in accordance with
- Applies knowledge of state food handling requirements.
- Refers any questions or problems to the management.
- Obtains stock from storeroom by carrying and lifting to replenish supplies in store as needed. Unpacks
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Required: Math and currency aptitude
- Required: Food Handles Certification upon hire
- Desired: Previous food handling, café, cash handling and customer experience.
Education/Experience:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED.
Language Ability:
- Required: Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and

Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but straightforward written or oral
- Capable of assessing customer needs and responding appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Able to recognize and resolve minor problems independently while knowing when to escalate issues to
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and
attention to detail..
Computer Skills:
- Required: Ability to operate POS System
Requirements:
- Required: Valid driver’s license and be insurable under the FMIT insurance plan.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of basic math skills, including handling currency and making accurate transactions.
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards.
- Skill in customer service, including greeting, assisting, and resolving customer inquiries in a courteous
- Skill in operating a cash register, handling transactions, and processing orders accurately.
- Skill in verbal communication to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry stock, restock supplies, and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations..
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- The employee may occasionally be required to move boxes of up to 40 pounds. Normal vision
long periods of time and walk distances as well as stoop, bend, kneel and crouch. Reasonable
