Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to each client.
- Provide supervision, training, and guidance to behavior technicians.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in treatment.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and services provided.
- Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (or in the process of obtaining).
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a BCBA is preferred, but we are open to training new BCBAs.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
