Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Day Program Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure that all participants receive the care and support they need. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing staff, monitoring participant progress, and ensuring compliance with our program standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support program staff, ensuring they are effectively performing their duties and adhering to program guidelines.
• Monitor the daily activities and needs of all participants, ensuring they receive appropriate care and support.
• Provide corrective feedback and guidance to staff as needed to promote best practices and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with staff to develop and implement individualized plans that meet each participant's unique needs and goals.
• Report directly to program owners on staff performance, participant progress, and any issues that arise within the program.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a day program or similar setting.
• Strong understanding of the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and experience in direct care.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and support staff development.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
