- Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in a group setting

- Encourage participation in meaningful daily activities
- Offer guidance, help with life skills, and provide emotional support
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants throughout the day
What We're Looking For:
- A caring and patient individual with a strong desire to help others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a caregiving or support role is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
