Account Executive Trainee – Radio Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily order entry and campaign setup for radio advertising
- Assist Account Executives with proposals, client communication, and internal coordination
- Work with traffic and programming teams to ensure accurate ad placement and scheduling
- Learn radio sales systems, products, and industry best practices
- Prepare for a future role as a full-time Account Executive
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A team player eager to learn and grow in the radio industry
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Wide Orbit is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and operate a computer.
- Capacity to lift up to 15 pounds when necessary.
