Duties & Responsibilities :
Visual Storytelling : Create high-quality, fast-turnaround graphics for on-air, digital, and print that captivate audiences.
Typography Expert : Use your strong typography skills to develop original, eye-catching graphic packages that enhance our brand identity.
Animation Wizard : Develop animations and promotional graphics that bring our station's brand to life, adding your unique creative flair.
Sales Support : Collaborate with our Sales team to conceptualize and design compelling collateral that drives revenue and enhances brand perception.
Multiplatform Design : Create cohesive visuals across the web, social media, and on-air, ensuring a consistent brand message.
Print Design : Craft stunning print pieces for newspapers, magazines, and program guides that showcase our stations in the best light.
Branding Visionary : Work closely with the Creative Services Director to visualize and execute long-term branding strategies that resonate with our audience.
Ross Xpression : Leverage your knowledge or learn the operation of the Ross Xpression graphics system to elevate our on-air look.
Flexible Contributor : Take on additional creative tasks as assigned by the Director of Creative Services always ready to adapt and innovate.
Requirements & Skills :
Educational Background : Degree in Art and Design or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Broadcast Design Experience : Minimum of five years in broadcast design, with a proven track record of delivering compelling visuals.
Graphic & Motion Design Pro : Five to seven years of experience in graphic and motion design, with advanced expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Typography Savvy : Strong typography skills are a must to ensure all designs are visually stunning and on-brand.
