MDS Coordinator, Full Time
(Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00)

The MDS Coordinator is an integral part of the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As an MDS you will be responsible to:
- Coordinate RAI processes in compliance with federal and state guidelines
- Ensure the completion of documentation for all Medicare and Managed Care residents along with nursing staff
- Compiling data reports based on assessments conducted
Qualifications:
- RN license required
- Proficient experience as an MDS Lead In a SNF
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
