Fort Myers Rehab & Nursing Center provides exceptional in-house sub-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a per diem basis.
Responsibilities :
- Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients.
- Develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
