It is our mission to seek out and develop employees with exceptional ability. We are currently seeking a Machining Lead on 3rd shift. Shift time runs 10:30pm-7am. A $1.25/hr. shift premium applies to this position.
What will you do as a Machining Lead at Ft. Recovery Industries?
- Assist the machining supervisor in overseeing associates and maintaining quality and production standards for the machining department
- Assist in machine work center set ups and adjustments
- Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on machines
- Train new team members in proper operation and correct set up of machines to which they are assigned
