Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
- Lead, create and implement innovative technical activities and solutions working together with the Plant Manager and team managers to significantly improve Delivery, Quality, Cost and Service in every aspect of our business.
- Monitor and manage equipment and processes to ensure optimal manufacturing performance and function while minimizing operating expense.
- Participate in problem-solving teams to determine true root cause and deploy permanent solutions.
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Electrical Engineering
- Strong technical analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and take ownership of assigned area/project
- Experience with Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma and TQM systems preferred
