It is our mission to seek out and develop team members with exceptional ability. We are currently seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor at our Ft. Recovery Casting Plant. Shift time runs 2:30pm to 11pm.
Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide oversight, supervision, training, development, and support of all 2nd shift team members across all departments
- Maintain safety of all team members and visitors
- Ensure quality specifications are met and procedures are followed
- Manage shift to attain production and scrap goals
- Troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment and material issues in conjunction with support personnel
- Partner with HR for payroll processing, personnel or labor issues and staffing
