Essential Functions

Responsible for the following:
- Control of day-to-day processes in the store such as display of goods, checklists, pull/thaw system, time and temperature control, allotting duties to the team members and managing shift numbers, supervising, training new team members, etc.
- Product inventory ordering and counting
- Advertising; setup and organizing sales and promotional displays as instructed by the C-Store Director
- Understand and implement departmental objectives, standards, guidelines and budgets to maximize the revenues at the facility level
- creation of daily, monthly and quarterly sales revenue reports through Excel spreadsheets and various revenue reporting systems at facility level for reporting P/L for the C-Store Champs/Hanger 54
- forecast of future sales based on industry, market, and seasonal promotions at a facility level to generate growth for the C-Store Champs/Hanger 54
- management of team member development, and job performance including but not limited to team member scheduling, annual evaluations, team member development, and performance management
- Assume a role of authority as necessary; set an example for team members, delegate responsibility and empower team members to make decisions; provide constructive feedback
- Responsible for all financial transactions at the C-Store Champs/Hanger 54
- Help in the design of policies and strategies which will attract customers and increase profits
- Work effectively with peers, team members, and regulatory agency personnel
- Attendance at monthly strategic planning meeting
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned
- Understand and comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program.
- Regular attendance is required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
The physical demands and work environment characteristics described are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential job functions.
While performing job duties the team member stands for prolonged periods, and uses hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The team member also sits, walks, climbs or balances, and stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls. The team member must occasionally lift and move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
At a minimum, the selected candidate will be required to pass a background check and drug-screening test, and obtain an Oklahoma food handler card.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of fast-food supervisor experience that includes strong customer service orientation, handling and counting large amounts of cash, utilizing currency and coin counters, inventory control and food cost, ordering, scheduling, and working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Skills and abilities to work with personal computers, point of sale systems, safety equipment, etc.
- Knowledgeable in sanitation, food safety, guest service, cash control policies, practices and protocols
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment processing to include drug screen and obtaining and maintaining a Gaming Permit from For Sill Apache Gaming Commission.
