As an Entry-Level Customer Sales Representative, you will manage customer conversations with transparency and integrity. This Entry-Level Customer Sales Representative position is a client-facing role with the goal of providing all customers with an individualized and enjoyable customer service experience. As an Entry-Level Customer Sales Representative, you will add value to our top-performing team exceeding the expectations of our esteemed clients and breaking customer projections in the upcoming quarter!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person sales presentations to potential customers, offering tailored product and service solutions.
- Strive to meet and exceed performance goals by employing the latest sales techniques.
- Participate in team meetings to address compliance metrics, refine objection-handling strategies, and develop mindset-based skills.
- Answered clients' questions professionally, guiding them through the sales process.
- Process client requests and quotes efficiently and accurately.
- Build and maintain post-sale relationships with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or 1-2 years of related experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing.
- Outgoing, charismatic personality to naturally attract and engage customers.
- Ambitious, competitive nature to maximize sales success.
