What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAS Anthis | Teacher Chemistry + Physics (.5) | 2025- 2026 School Year position at Fort Wayne Community Schools?
PURPOSE
Provide instructional services necessary to educate all students to high standards that align with district, state, and federal requirements, guidelines, and standards.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
- Work Schedule: School Year
- Work Hours: .5 contract 4 hours per day (can combine two .5 positions for a 1.0)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a valid Indiana teaching license for the assigned grade levels and/or subject areas OR be eligible to obtain an alternative teaching credential. REPA/REPA 3 Licensure Options:
- Chemistry 5-12 and Physics 5-12 or
- Physical Science 5-12
Must possess knowledge of effective practices, including principles, theories, procedures, and techniques used in lesson plan development and classroom instruction.
