Primary Responsibilities
In alignment with regulations, policies & procedures, our kitchen staff is responsible for the food preparation, organization, sanitation, production, and presentation of food items for our dining areas and to ensure an excellent culinary experience for the members and guests of the Fort Wayne Country Club. Additionally, supporting special event preparation and execution.
Position Requirements
· 3 years’ experience in a comparable kitchen setting
· Experience in multiple line cook positions: Grilling, Sautéing, Pantry, Lead and Expo
· SERV Safe Certified (preferred)
· Experience in food costs and inventory control (preferred)
· Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
· Ability to be stand for long lengths of time.
· Ability to work independently, as well as to accept and follow directions on given assignments.
· Must be comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work daily.
