Job Summary
FWMOH is recruiting for a Full Time Medical Office Precertification Specialist. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service; must also be energetic, competent, a quick learner, and possess the ability to function in a high-volume, fast paced environment. Multi-tasking skills along with good computer and organizational skills are a must. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assures that all treatments have been approved or pre-certified. Reports benefits and patient responsibility to patient before treatment day. Ensures follow up on pre-determinations for timely response from insurance companies. Requirements: A minimum of two (2) years patient precert experience required. Medical background required. Post high school education preferred. A minimum of two (2) years multi-physician office experience preferred. Excellent benefit package including Medical/Dental/Vision as well as Short & Long Term Disability and 401k
