Responsibilities of an Automotive Service Advisor

• Selling service products
• Scheduling appointments
• Generating estimates
• Conducting post-repair follow-up
• Resolving customer complaints

Job Requirements of an Automotive Service Advisor

• Auto dealership experience is a real plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong selling skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
