Sales Manager
Starting wage - Commensurate with experience, Unlimited rate of income potential, starting wage $60k - $65k plus Incentive and Commission (based on meeting budgeted goals). Personal car is required-reimbursed mileage.

Reports to: Sales Director
Position Description:
Responsible for developing and fostering business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and conducting tours of the hotel. Also develops strategic action plans for hotels to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue. Additionally, work with individual hotel teams to identify skill development areas and properly deploy sales and marketing resource
Major Areas of Responsibility:
Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales within designated assigned market.
Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals
Able to provide Quick and timely responses, inline of standard operating procedures. Immediate communication to the properties and develop professional long-term business relationships.
Provide the highest quality of service to the customer.
Develop strong relationships with the property Front Office team and Food & Beverage team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
Follow all F&B Approval processes.
Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response timeline to clients.
Very Comfortable and confident doing presentations of the hotel.
Able to work weekends, nights, and some Holidays.
Meet and exceed profitable goals for the hotel.
