What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Services Representative - Meadowbrook position at Fort Worth Community Credit Union?
Work hours are: Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:45am - 6:30pm, and 2 Saturdays per month 8:30am - 12:30pm.
Summary: FSR duties include providing general lending information to members, taking loan applications, and preparing loans for credit approval and disbursal. Other duties include opening new accounts, establishing IRAs, issuing ATM/debit cards, and cross selling credit union products and services.
Requirements: Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year recent financial institution experience, preferably in a credit union. Required skills include knowledge of basic office functions: IT skills (maneuvering around Windows, browser-based programs, email); strong time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities.
Additional Information: This position will be required to float to other branches when necessary as determined by Operations management. Candidates must be willing to commute to other locations and have reliable transportation. When the work location is a branch other than the Meadowbrook office, mileage will be reimbursed according to company policy. Generally, the alternate locations will be the branches that are closest to Meadowbrook (South Arlington, HQ, Wedgwood); however, it may be necessary to work to any of our 10 locations.
