What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Teller - Burleson position at Fort Worth Community Credit Union?
Work hours: Monday - Friday 9:45am - 6:30pm, and 2 Saturdays per month 8:30am - 12:30pm.
Summary: Tellers welcome and greet our members in a professional, courteous manner; accurately process member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments); balance cash, merchandise, and transactions; and answer member inquiries according to current FTWCCU policies. In addition to running a teller drawer, the Head Teller supervises and assists tellers with complex balancing and other work related problems.
Requirements: Must have 1-3 years of teller experience in a financial institution. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, and superior customer service abilities. Proficiency with basic office functions is also required, including IT Skills (maneuvering around Windows, Office 365 including Outlook. and browser-based applications).
