Operations Specialist

Summary/objective

Job Description

Will oversee and assist the maintenance department in the performance of their administrative job duties such as parts ordering and inventory management.

Essential Functions

• Assist with Ground Support Equipment parts ordering
• Collaborate with team to forecast procurement needs, if possible, to prevent shortages
• Manage maintenance work order process, ensure accurate and timely processing
• Monitor order status and track deliveries to ensure service expectations are met
• Inventory management of GSE parts at Fortbrand’s maintenance shops
• Help with system setup for the Maintenance department within the ERP system
• General support to the sales support and maintenance departments
