Position : Instructional Assistant - Special Education
Location : Inglewood, CA

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who are eager to make a profound difference in a school-based setting as a Teacher's Aide (Instructional Assistant).
Compensation : $18 - $21 per hour, depending on experience
Shift Schedule : Monday to Friday, during daytime school hours
Minimum Education : High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of college courses or degree is a plus.

Key Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Strong proficiency in English, including grammar, spelling, and reading comprehension.
- Basic understanding of mathematics.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Physically fit enough to maintain an active role in the classroom and playground.
- Previous experience working with children.
Key Responsibilities
