Cannabis Brand Ambassador

Job Description:

Forté Cannabis is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting our products, engaging with customers, budtenders and enhancing the overall brand experience during in-store events. Your primary responsibility will be to represent Forté Cannabis at various retail locations, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Forté Cannabis at retail locations during vendor day events.
• Engage with customers, providing information about our products and answering any questions they may have.
• Distribute samples and promotional materials to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Set up and manage promotional displays and ensure they are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to share with the marketing and sales teams.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing Forté Cannabis.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the cannabis industry and knowledge of Forté Cannabis products.
• Availability on week and weekend evenings, specifically Thursday, Friday, and Saturday until 7 PM (The latest end time for vendor day events.).
• Ability to work in 3-hour time windows for vendor day events.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various retail locations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage event setups.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a brand ambassador role.
• Experience in the cannabis industry or related fields.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
