Grow Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Watering, defoliation, bottom trimming, mixing nutrients, spraying plants, cleaning, cloning, plant maintenance, Metrc work, meter calibration, moving plants, planting, janitorial, harvesting, all aspects of cultivation and facility maintenance

· Punctual/reliable, reliable transportation, follows directions

· Motivated, energetic, self-starter

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

· Must be organized. Must be able to follow, update and write SOPs.

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and good work ethic.

· Ability to work independently and as a team to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

· Ability to successfully perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time.

· Successfully manage and motivate a small crew to work efficiently.

· Perform all duties required to ensure a clean and safe facility.

· This job includes any and all task we direct you to undertake at the time at or below your abilities and pay grade.

· We will not ask you to do anything above your abilities or without training

· There is no "not in my job description" in this company.

Schedule

- Monday-Friday 9-5 (hours may vary, meaning we may start slightly earlier or get off early; flexibility is a must)

- Schedule is made and provided weeks in advance

- Day shift

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED required

· Previous experience not required, but a plus, will train on site as needed

Physical Requirements and State Requirements:

· Must be able to lift up to 30 LBS, bending over, and stand for long periods of time.

· Must be able to listen and have excellent communicate with coworkers.

· Must be 21 years of age or older at time of applying

· Must be willing to undergo a background check

· Must have a valid state ID

Job Type: Full-time
