Description
Forte is in search of dedicated production workers/manufacturing workers who possess a commitment to excellence in safety, quality, customer service and the ability to contribute to a positive and productive teamwork environment!
You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job will involve putting finished doors away in the finished goods warehouse and ensuring that doors are kept in correct locations to achieve maximum efficiency.
What you will do:

- Responsible for putting finished doors away in finished goods warehouse
- Responsible for ensuring that doors are kept in correct locations
- Responsible for safe stacking in finished goods warehouse
- Will ensure all finished license plates are correct before putting away in finished-goods warehouse
- Report missing materials
- Consolidate warehouse space and make room as necessary to optimize
- Constant communication with all departments
- Follow safety and process procedures
Other duties as assigned by supervisor/management
Qualifications
Physical Requirements:
• Depth perception required.
• Climbing on and off the lift.
What you will need:
- Excellent communication, organization and paperwork skills
- Fast paced
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have high attention to detail
- Proven experience as forklift operator
- Valid certification to operate forklift preferred
- Preferable one year experience in manufacturing setting working in a similar role
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
