This is a 1st shift position (5:00am-3:30pm), Monday-Thursday, in Thorp WI.
This position is responsible for the daily deliveries and tracking of all raw materials; entering into computer system, printing reports and inventory tags. Must perform visual inspect of raw materials at all times. High levels of responsibility to enter incoming materials into the computer system and completing all necessary paperwork. This position works closely with the Receiving Forklift Operator.
Education: Preferred High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Preferred 2-3 years receiving clerk and forklift experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of handling raw materials and door components
Experience with bills of lading and reading packing slips
Knowledge of inventory management and receiving procedures
Proficient computer skills with ability to pick up new programs quickly; AX dynamics experience is a plus
Excellent communication, organization and paperwork skills
Fast paced working environment
Work independently with minimal supervision
Must have high attention to detail
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift 50lbs with the assistance of another employee

- Prints daily copies of the delivery schedule
- Established freight cost for all deliveries
- Prepares the delivery truck for unloading
- Assist in unload incoming materials and store in warehouse
- Perform visual inspection of materials being delivered
- Communicate with upstream and downstream managers and co-workers
- Enter incoming materials into the computer system and proper coding of all paperwork
- Complete all necessary receiving paperwork
- Prints inventory tags
- Coordinate material movement between facility and off-site warehouse
- Follow safety and process procedures
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor/management
