Position Summary
Forté is seeing a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our busy Rehabilitation Services Department located in Greenwood, IN. The Occupational Therapist works closely with our in-house referring physicians and orthopedic surgeons.
This position involves direct patient care in a highly sought after, highly specialized, outpatient orthopedic clinic. We strive to provide an unparalleled patient experience by creating tremendous value through quick and easy access, delivering the highest quality of care as well as driving exceptional outcomes.
Knowledge of occupational therapy evaluation, treatment and splinting techniques of orthopedics/sports related injuries is required.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited college or university
- Active State License is required
- A strong desire to work in a high demand, high expectation, outpatient orthopedic clinic
- Prior experience in orthopedics is desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to allow for success in working in a collaborative team environment

Physical Requirements
- Frequent sitting, walking, speaking, listening is required
- Gross and fine motor skills constantly required for patient care
- Ability to assist adult patients with mobility challenges is required
