As aBusiness Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the company’s suite of SaaS business applications, including ERP/CRM, Warehouse Management, Inventory Supply Planning, and Business Intelligence systems. This role will work closely with stakeholders to ensure these applications meet business needs, streamline operations, and enable data-driven decision-making. Job Description
Work directly with the Senior Director, Enterprise Technology, performing the following duties:
- Manage and configure SaaS business applications to align with business requirements.
- Provide end-user support, training, and guidance on application functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and process improvements.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and SaaS vendors for issue resolution and feature requests.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processes.
- Monitor application performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions to optimize operations.
- Ensure data integrity and security across business applications.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience managing and supporting SaaS business applications.
- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM, WMS, or BI systems and their role in business operations.
- Background in accounting and transactions, with a solid understanding of financial processes.
- Proficiency in database structures, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and leverage data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
