Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active and changing calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Prepare conference room for client visits
- Manage email inbox
- Book flights, hotel accommodations, and transportation
- Coordinate restaurant reservations
- Create calendar invites for meetings, seminars, and staff get-togethers
- Organize swag bags, client gifts
- Coordinate with supervising partners to communicate department/schedule
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
